Brussel Sprouts have become a family favorite and we love trying new ways to eat them. The Air Fryer gives them the perfect crisp while still having a soft inside. You can add other spices if you wish, but definitely give this simple, quick recipe a try!

Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts & Bacon Ingredients
1½ - 2 pounds Brussels sprouts
2 tbls olive oil
Pink Himalayan Salt (or regular table salt), to taste
1/4c bacon bits (can use 4 slices of chopped up bacon)
1 tbls balsamic vinegar
Directions
Trim the ends and any old outer leaves from the brussels sprouts.
Cut the sprouts in half and toss them with olive oil and salt.
Place half the seasoned Brussels sprouts and half the bacon in your air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes, tossing the contents at the halfway point. The sprouts and bacon bits should be brown and crispy when done.
Check for seasoning and drizzle some of the aged balsamic vinegar on the finished dish. Enjoy!
