Cheesy Chicken Stuffing Casserole

This sloppy pile of food is surprisingly very good and loved by the family! So bring on the slop and give this recipe a try as soon as possible! Bonus is it can easily be made gluten free or "regular."

Cheesy Chicken Stuffing Casserole Ingredients

1 large can chunk chicken or 2 cups shredded chicken

1 box chicken stuffing (we used gluten free) & ingredients to prepare stuffing

1 can (15oz) corn, not creamed

1 can cream of chicken soup (we used Progresso GF Broccoli cheese w/bacon)

2c shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

salt, to taste

Directions Preheat oven to 350.

Make the stuffing according to the directions on the box. While the stuffing is finishing open the can of chicken (if using) and corn and drain both.

In a large bowl combine the completed stuffing, the can of soup and the contents of the can of chicken. Mix in the can of corn and then add in most of the shredded cheddar cheese, leaving about 1/4 cup aside. Stir in the onion and garlic powders.

Pour the entire mixture into a greased baking pan. Let the dish bake for 20-25 minutes. The cheese on top should be melted and the casserole underneath should have a sort of crispy golden layer on top.

Let sit for about 5 minutes and serve.

Enjoy!
