Typically at the end of the month, I like to get super creative with meals and use as much as I can from on-hand items. This sometimes turns into a complete disaster but most of the time it ends up being good. This recipe was super quick, easy, not expensive and VERY tasty! I'd like to try it again with Cheddar Brats (or other flavored brats).

Chili Brats & Tots
Ingredients
1 pk (5) brats
16oz frozen tator tots
1 14oz. can chili with or without beans
1 cup cheese, shredded
Cooking spray
Directions
Cook tator tots (Air Fryer @ 400 degrees for 15 minutes shaking ½ way through) and brats (Air Fryer @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes shaking ½ way through).
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Once tots and brats are fully cooked, slice brats into bite size pieces. Layer in oven safe baking dish the following: tots, brats, chili (spread evenly to cover) and cheese (add more or less to your liking).
Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling along the edges. Serve and enjoy!
