Crack Pork Chops
Ingredients <Pork Chops> 2-3 lbs boneless pork chops (about 6-8) 1tsp Himalayan pink salt 1tsp garlic powder 1Tbsp olive oil <Topping> 8oz cream cheese 1/4c mayonnaise 1/2c bacon bits 1c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions Preheat the oven to 425F.
In a medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, bacon bits and cheddar cheese together until combined. Heat oil in a large skillet, over medium high heat. Season each side of the pork chops with salt and garlic powder. Once the oil is hot cook pork chops 1 minute per side. Place seared pork chops on foil lined baking sheet. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pork chops.
Bake for 16-20 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through (145˚F internal temperature). Serve with your favorite veggie!
