Crockpot Cool Ranch Taco Chicken

We absolutely love Taco Tuesday and I am always making new recipes for my family and I to try. My favorite recipes are simple and can be eaten multiple ways since we all have different tastes and preferences! Don’t limit this to “Mexican” inspired meals only… this would be great over noodles, as a filler for grilled cheese, in a pastry, etc!

Crockpot Cool Ranch Taco Chicken

Ingredients

2-3lb boneless, skinless chicken breast 14oz chicken broth

1 packet (3 Tbsp) of taco seasoning

1 packet (3 Tbsp) of dry ranch dressing mix


Directions

In a 6 qt crock pot, place chicken breasts then top with taco & ranch seasonings mixes then pour chicken broth over the top. Set crock pot on low for 4-6 hours. After chicken is fully cooked, shred chicken. Replace lid and continue cooking on low for 30 more minutes.


Serve shredded chicken on a tostada, as fillings for tacos/burritos/quesadillas, build your own salad or create your favorite nachos!


This chicken can be saved and frozen for a later use as well!
