French onion dip in anything is bound to be amazing! With this recipe, I swapped out the chips (I am a MAJOR chip lover) for some pork chops and topped with some gluten free french fried onions - we all loved this simple, delicious and cost friendly meal!

French Onion Pork Chops Ingredients
1-2lb Pork Chops
12oz Greek Yogurt (sour cream)
1oz (pkt) Dry Onion Soup Mix
6oz Gluten Free (or reg) Crispy Fried Onions
Preheat oven to 350°
Lay pork chops in a 9x13 baking dish, try not to overlap
Combine Greek yogurt & onion soup mix in a bowl and spread evenly over pork chops
Sprinkle fried onions over the top in an even layer
Cover the dish with tinfoil and bake for 30 min - 1 hour, until pork chops are cooked through (145°)
Serve with sides of choice. IF there are leftovers, make baked potatoes and fill with chopped up pork chops! Enjoy!
