An easy, "on hand" ingredient recipe that you can make any day of the week and its healthy, cheap, and can be paired with any side. I used fresh chives from my garden for this recipe but feel free to add whatever seasonings. I am not a huge fan of chicken but I certainly love grilled chicken! I'd love to hear what seasonings you use!

Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts - fileted
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon seasoning (fresh herbs, onion powder, Italian seasoning, etc)
1 teaspoon salt (I used Himalayan pink salt)
Directions
Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, seasonings, and salt.
Tenderize the chicken breasts using a meat tenderizer. Place chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade mixture over top. Close the bag tightly and coat the chicken throughout. Place the bag on a plate and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to 3 hours.
Grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes per side, until no longer pink inside or until the internal temperature reads 160 degrees.
Remove the chicken breasts to a platter to rest for 10 minutes. Serve over salad, rice, potatoes or just aside veggies.
Enjoy!
