We absolutely love having weekly themed dinner nights and Taco Tuesday is a family favorite! I am always looking for new recipes and how I can change it up so we don't get bored with just plain tacos. Then I realized how much my kiddos love meatballs so I got creative. You can serve this with noodles, rice, veggies, with salsa, etc. Feel free to add more ingredients to increase the heat or reduce some to keep it simple.
