Who doesn't love ramen? We recently tried some foods from our past and ramen was one thing that everyone loved. However, we've got a gluten free kiddo so we had to figure something out. Introducing, a gluten free yum yum ramen!

Yum Yum Ramen Ingredients 1 pack Ramen (we use Gluten Free noodles)
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp Minced garlic
2 tsp Soy Sauce ½ tsp red pepper (optional)
1/8c Brown Sugar
1 Egg
Everything but the bagel seasoning (optional) Sesame seeds / green onions (optional) Toasted Sesame Oil (optional)
Directions
Add ramen noodles to boiling water and boil for 3-5 minutes or until al dente. Drain noodles and set aside.
Add butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, red pepper and brown sugar to a skillet.
Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until it begins to bubble and sugar is dissolved. Add toasted sesame oil (optional)
Add ramen noodle pasta back to sauce and stir to evenly coat.
Crack egg and cook, mixing egg in with noodles.
Once egg is fully cooked, place noodles into a serving bowl and top with everything bagel seasoning and green onions.
Serve Ramen immediately.
